What is SecureID?

SecureID is the identity service that signs you in. Your inLynk sign-in is your SecureID email and password.

Do I need a separate inLynk password?

No. You use your SecureID account.

Why do I have to approve the sign-in?

SecureID asks you to confirm that inLynk may use your name, picture and email. See Approve the sign-in.

I forgot my password. What now?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in form. See Forgot your password.

How long is the reset code valid?

Ten minutes.

What makes a good password?

At least 8 characters with a capital letter, a number and a special character. The app also shows a strength bar as you type when you create an account.

How do I sign out?

Profile → Log out. See Sign out.

Will signing out delete my account?

No. It ends your session only.
