How to sign in

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

inLynk uses your organisation's SecureID account to sign you in. There is no separate inLynk password: you use the email and password of your SecureID account.

Open the app. The sign-in page appears.

- Left side – photos and short messages about the app that change every few seconds. Use the arrows or the dots to move between them.
- Heading – Welcome back: Sign in to inLynk Business Network, with the line Use your organization's SecureID account to continue securely.
- Sign in with SecureID – the blue button. Tap it to start.
- Create an account – for someone new; see Create an account.
- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy – the two links at the bottom.
Tap Sign in with SecureID. A SecureID sign-in screen opens inside the app. Enter your email and your password.

- Email – the address your organisation set up for you.
- Password – hidden as dots, with an eye icon at the right.
- Forgot password? – the blue link above the password; see Forgot your password.
- Sign in & Continue – turns blue once both boxes are filled in.
Tap Sign in & Continue. SecureID asks you to approve the sign-in; see Approve the sign-in.

- Signed in as – your name, so you can check it is you.
- Approve – continues into the app.
After you approve, the app opens on the Home page of your workspace.

- Sidebar – the modules you can use, with your initials at the bottom (GT).
- News Feed – the first page you see. A brand-new workspace shows a welcome message, as here.
- Search and bell – at the top right.
