Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it yourself. SecureID emails you a six-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.

On the SecureID sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?.
Reset your password
On this screen
- Heading – Reset your password: Enter your email and we'll send you a reset code.
- Email – type your account's email address.
- Send reset code – turns blue once there is an address.
- Back to login – goes back to the sign-in form.
Open your inbox. An email from SecureID arrives with your code.
The reset email

- Subject – Your SecureID password reset code, from SecureID.
- Message – We received a request to reset your SecureID password. Enter this code to continue — valid for 10 minutes.
- The code – six digits in a grey box (hidden in this picture).
- If you didn't ask for it – the email says you can safely ignore it.
Back in the app, enter the code and choose a new password.

- 6-digit code – the code from the email.
- New password and Confirm password – type the same new password twice.
- Password requirements – at least 8 characters, one uppercase letter, one number and one special character.
Scroll down and tap Reset password.

- Reset password – the blue button below the requirements.
- Didn't get a code? Request a new one – a link under the button.
A message confirms the change. You are back at the sign-in form.
