Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access. This article is written for Member and Super Admin. Use the role switch at the top to change what the menus show.
What you see: on the Meetings home screen the Instant and Schedule tiles are greyed out and do not respond when tapped.
-
This is how Meetings looks without the Create permission.
Why: only Admins and Super Admins can schedule or start meetings by default. A Member can open Meetings and join, but not create one.
What to do: ask an Admin or Super Admin to schedule the meeting, or to give your role the Meetings Create permission.
For Super Admins: where the permission is set
Open Directory → Profiles, choose the profile, then Meetings.
-
Switch on Schedule & Start Meetings for the profile that should be able to create meetings.
If it only says the time is wrong: the Time box shows Choose a time in the future. Set a later time. See How to schedule a meeting.
