How to find your meetings and see your stats

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Permission you need

View and join meetings

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

The Meetings home screen shows a day at a time, and your totals underneath.

Tap a date in the calendar. The list on the left shows that day's meetings.
Today's meetings
On this screen
- Heading – the day and how many meetings, with Ongoing, Upcoming and Completed counts.
- A meeting – its time, name and who made it. Join now appears while it is running.
- Refresh and filter – top right of the list.
Tap the filter icon to choose which meetings show.
Filter the list
On this screen
- All – every meeting that day.
- Upcoming, Ongoing, Completed and Cancelled – only that status.
Scroll down on the right for your totals.
Your meeting totals
On this screen
- Total Meetings – the count, compared with last month.
- Hosted and Attended – how many you organised and how many you only joined.
- Meetings Duration – total time in hours, with a chart by weekday.
