In the meeting room

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Permission you need

View and join meetings

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Once you tap Join Meeting, you are in the room.

This is the room when you are the first person in.

On this screen
- Video – your own camera, or everyone's once others join.
- You're the only one here – appears while nobody else has joined, with the meeting link and Copy and Share buttons.
- Buttons along the bottom – microphone, camera, raise hand, reactions, layout, More and the red leave button.
- Expand – top right, for full screen.
Tap the three dots to open Meeting Controls.

On this screen
- Chat – message everyone in the meeting.
- Participants – who is here.
- Whiteboard – draw together.
- Settings – audio and video settings.
- Pause My Video – turns your video and audio off; a button brings them back.
- Pause All Incoming Audio – stays pale until others are in the meeting.
