Verify your email

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Before your account is created, SecureID checks that the email address is yours. It sends a six-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.

When the Account Verification screen appears, open your inbox.
Account Verification
On this screen
- Heading – Account Verification: Enter the code sent to your email to continue.
- EMAIL CODE – shows the address the code was sent to.
- Enter 6-digit email OTP – type the code here, then tap Verify.
- Didn't get the code? Resend – the blue link under the box.
- Back to sign in – at the bottom.
Find the email from SecureID and read the code.
The verification email
On this screen
- Subject – Verify your SecureID email address, from SecureID.
- Message – Enter this code to verify your email address — valid for 10 minutes.
- The code – six digits in a grey box (hidden in this picture).
- If you didn't ask for it – you can safely ignore the email.
Type the code and tap Verify.

- The code – in the box, with Verify now bright.
- Continue – still pale until the code is accepted.
When the code is right, a green message confirms it. Tap Continue.
Email verified
On this screen
- Email verified – a green box with a tick.
- Continue – blue now.
The workspace is created. A last screen confirms it.
You're all set
On this screen
- Setup complete – You're all set! Your workspace is ready. Sign in to start collaborating with your team.
- Your workspace – its name, industry (Software & Technology), 1 member and a green Active label.
- Signed in as – your name, with a Super Admin label. You are the workspace's owner.
- Back to sign in – tap it, then sign in. See How to sign in.
- Workspace setup saved successfully – the line at the bottom.
