Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Three entries under Profile → Settings help when something is unclear or not working.

Quick answers to common questions, grouped by module.

On this screen
- Heading – Help & Support: Quick answers to common questions.
- Search and filter – the magnifier and funnel icons at the top right, for finding a question quickly.
- Browse by topic – one card per module (News Feed, Chat, Resources, Certifications, Tasks, Connect, Contracts, Drive, Meetings and more). The count at the right (16 topics) is how many cards there are.
- Each card – a one-line description and how many questions it holds, for example Drive – Files and folders – 69 questions.
- Tap a card to read that module's questions and answers.

Report a bug

Use this when the app does something wrong.

Tap Profile, then Report a bug, and fill in the form.

On this screen
- Heading – Report a bug: Something not working? Tell us what happened and we'll look into it.
- Title – required. A short description of the problem.
- Severity – required; the screen starts on Major.
- Module and Platform – which part of the app, and which device (here Android).
- Description – what happened and when.
- Steps to reproduce – numbered steps; tap Add step for each extra one.
- Expected result and Actual result – what you thought would happen, and what did.
- Attachments – screenshots or logs, further down the form.

About

Shows the app's name and version. Quote the version when you contact support. See What inLynk Business Network is.
