The sidebar and the More menu

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

The sidebar down the left edge is how you move between modules. Tap an entry and that module opens on the right. The entry you are in is highlighted.

Look at the sidebar as a Super Admin sees it.

On this screen
- Top – the workspace logo (here the inLynk mark).
- Main entries – Home, Chat, Resources, Certification, Tasks, Connects and Contracts.
- More – the three-dot entry. Entries that do not fit in the sidebar are tucked inside it.
- Lower group – Approvals and Directory, which are for people who review items or manage the workspace.
- Profile – at the very bottom, with your picture. This is where your account and workspace settings live.
- The highlighted entry (Directory here) shows where you are.
Compare it with a Member's sidebar in the same workspace.

- Entries – Home, Chat, Resources, Certification, Tasks, Connects, Drive, Meetings, Analytics and Milestone, then Profile.
- Missing for this Member – Contracts, Approvals and Directory are not shown, because this Member's role does not include them.
- Drive is highlighted because this picture was taken inside Drive.
Tap More to see the entries that are not in the main list.
The More menu
On this screen
- Pop-up list – here Drive, Meetings, Analytics and Milestone.
- Customize – the blue link at the top right of the pop-up. It lets you change the order of your sidebar so the modules you use most stay in the main list.
- Which entries sit under More depends on how much room your screen has. A bigger screen shows more in the main list.

Why an entry can be missing

Your role does not include it. See Roles and permissions.
Your administrator has switched it off in Directory → Menu Access. See Showing or hiding Drive in the sidebar for how that works.
