Notifications

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Notifications tell you when something happens that involves you: a comment on your post, a like, or something shared with you. They are in the bell at the top right of the Home page.

Look at the bell. A red badge shows how many notifications are waiting (here 3). Tap the bell.

On this screen
- Panel title – Notifications, sliding in from the right.
- Mark all read – the blue link at the top. It clears the unread marks in one tap.
- × – closes the panel.
- Each notification – an icon for the type (a speech bubble for a comment, a heart for a like, a folder for a share), a short sentence, and when it happened (4 hours ago).
- Blue dot and blue edge – mark a notification you have not read yet.
- Extra line – some notifications add detail, such as You have edit access under a share.
Tap a notification to go straight to what it is about. For example, tapping shared “Project Documents” opens that folder in Drive.

On this screen
- Destination – Drive opens inside the shared folder (My Files › Project Documents).
- Sidebar – More is highlighted because Drive sits under it on this screen.
- The notification panel closes by itself; reopen the bell any time to see the rest.
