Showing or hiding Drive in the sidebar

Who can use thisSuper Admins only

Menu Access decides whether Drive (and every other module) appears in the sidebar. The Media Drive permissions decide what a person can do once inside. A person needs both.

Open Directory and tap Menu Access. You see two lists side by side: Web and Mobile.

- System menu / Custom menu – the two switches at the top. System menu lists the built-in modules; Custom menu (2) lists menus your workspace added.
- Web column – the sidebar people see in the browser and on desktop: Home, Chat, Resources, Certification, Tasks, Connects, Contracts, Drive, Meetings and more below.
- Mobile column – the bottom bar on phones, with its own list (Home, Post, Chat, Resources, Certification, Tasks, Connects, Drive, Meetings…).
- Switch on each row – on (blue) shows the module, off hides it.
- Pencil on each row – opens the entry so you can rename it.
Find Drive in the list and turn its switch off to hide it from the sidebar, or on to show it again.

Hiding Drive does not delete anyone's files; it only removes the shortcut from the sidebar.
