Search, filter and sort the feed

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Permission you need

View feed posts and comments

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Three icons at the top right of the feed help you find posts.

Search

The magnifier opens a search box in its place. Type a word to search through the posts. Tap × to close it.

Tap the funnel icon. The Filters panel slides in.

- Post type – chips for Text, Image, Video, Link / YouTube, Poll, Document and Event. Showing all post types means nothing is chosen yet.
- Sort by – Newest (most recent posts first) or Most engaged (top posts by likes, comments and reposts).
- Clear filters – resets everything.
- Show all posts – closes the panel with no filter.
Tap a post type to choose it. You can choose more than one.

On this screen
- Chosen chip – highlighted in blue (Video), and the heading says 1 selected.
- Apply filters – replaces Show all posts once you have chosen something.
Tap Apply filters. The feed shows only that kind of post.
A filtered feed
On this screen
- Feed – only the video post is left.
- Blue dot on the funnel – shows a filter is on. Open the panel and tap Clear filters to turn it off.
