How to share photos

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

Permission you need

Create posts

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Add one photo, or several. Several photos appear as a set that readers swipe through.

In the Create Post window, tap Media. A small menu opens.

- Document – attach a file.
- Photo – choose pictures from your device.
- Video – choose a video clip.
- Camera – take a new picture or video now.
Tap Photo. Your device's photo picker opens. Tap the pictures you want.

- Picker – a sheet from your device with your recent photos. This belongs to your phone or tablet, so it looks different on other devices.
- Photos and Collections – two tabs to find what you want.
- Tap a picture to tick it. Tap it again to remove the tick.
Tap Done when you have chosen.

- Blue tick – on the picture you chose.
- Bottom bar – the number chosen (1), Preview to look at it larger, and Done to confirm.
- × at the left of the bar clears your choice.
Your photos are attached to the post. Write a caption if you like.

- Caption – the text above the pictures.
- Count – 3 items selected, with a small preview of each.
- × on a preview – removes just that picture.
- Add-ons – Poll, Event, YouTube and Link are greyed out while media is attached.
Tap Post. Several photos appear as one set.

- Swipeable set – a counter in the corner (1/3) shows which picture you are on, and dots at the bottom show how many there are.
- Photo area – a blurred copy fills the sides when a picture is narrower than the post.
- Action bar – Like, Comment, Share, Repost and Save, under the pictures.
