How to share a video

Permission you need

Create posts

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Video posts play right in the feed. Use a short clip so it loads quickly.

In the Create Post window, tap Media, then Video, and choose a clip from your device.
The video is attached. Add a caption.

- Caption – Quarterly review recap and a line of description.
- 1 item selected – the clip, with an × to remove it.
- Post – the blue button, ready to publish.
Tap Post. The video appears in the feed and starts playing.

- Caption – above the video.
- Video – plays on its own, without sound, as soon as it comes into view.
- Speaker icon, bottom right – turn the sound on or off.
- Progress line – along the bottom edge while it plays.
