How to share a link or a YouTube video

Permission you need

Create posts

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Share a web address and the feed shows a preview card. YouTube links have their own button so the video's picture and title show up too.

In the Create Post window, tap YouTube.

- Heading – Add YouTube Video: Paste a YouTube video URL to fetch video details.
- Address field – red outline, with an example of the format (https://youtube.com/watch?v=…).
- Add – stays grey until the address is valid.
Paste the video's address. Its details load by themselves.

- Thumbnail – the video's picture, with a play button.
- Title and description – read from YouTube (here Big Buck Bunny 60fps 4K – Official Blender Foundation Short Film).
- YOUTUBE.COM – the source, in red.
Scroll down and tap Add, then Post.

- Add – the red button under the preview.
- Tap it to attach the video, then Post to publish.
The video appears in the feed as a large thumbnail.

- Thumbnail – with a red play button in the middle.
- YOUTUBE.COM, title and description – under the picture.
- Address and Play – at the bottom. Tap Play to watch the video.
