How to create a group

Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins

A group is a conversation with three or more people. You become its admin.

Tap the blue + button, then New group (or New group on the right).
New group: add participants
On this screen
- Heading – New group, with a back arrow and a search icon.
- Add participants – the people you can add, using the same chips as a new chat: My workspace, Network, All workspaces and Global.
- Each person – a name and email. Tap to choose.
Tap the people you want. They appear at the top of the list.

- Counter – 1 of 1 selected.
- Chosen people – a round picture at the top with a small × to remove them.
- Blue tick – on the person in the list.
- Blue arrow – the button at the bottom right goes to the next step.
Tap the arrow. Give the group a name and, if you like, a description.
Group details
On this screen
- Picture button – the camera at the left adds a group picture.
- Group name – up to 100 characters (12/100), with an emoji button.
- Description – up to 200 characters (20/200).
- Participants – listed at the bottom (1 participants).
- Blue tick – the button that creates the group.
Tap the tick. The group opens.
The new group
On this screen
- Header – the group's name and its members (You, Guide Tester).
- First line – You created the group “Product Team”.
- List – the group appears with a group icon, and the Groups filter shows a count (1).
