I can't see someone's draft

What you see: a colleague says they added something, but you cannot find it.

Why: it is probably a draft or has Published switched off. Drafts are only visible to their author and to people with the permissions to view other people's unpublished content. See Publish, unpublish and manage content.

What to do: ask them to publish it. If you need to review drafts, ask your admin for the relevant View other users'… permission.
