How to start a podcast

Add resources

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

A podcast is a series of audio episodes. It works like a playlist, but with sound.

Tap + New → New Podcast.

On this screen
- Note under the heading – You can upload episodes into this podcast once it's created.
- Title – required, up to 100 characters.
- Description – optional.
- Cover image and Visibility – as for a playlist.
- Create – orange.
Tap Create. The podcast joins the library home.

- Podcasts – a section of its own at the bottom.
- Podcast card – the cover, the title and the episode count and length.
Open the podcast. It starts empty.

- PODCAST label, title and author – with 0 episodes.
- No episodes yet – Episodes you upload will appear here.
- ↑ Episode – at the top right.
Tap Episode and choose an audio file.
Uploading an episode

- Audio only – the picker shows only audio files as available.
- File card – the name, size and Audio label, with Change.
- Cover image (optional) – shown as the audio thumbnail.
- Note – Uploading into this podcast. Visibility is inherited from the podcast.
Add each episode. The podcast lists them.
A podcast with two episodes
On this screen
- Header – 2 episodes and the total length (9s), with Play and shuffle.
- Numbered list – each episode with a headphones icon, a title, a length and the author.
- Newest first – the most recent episode is at the top.
