Resources is your workspace's library: documents, videos, audio and articles, organised into categories so people can find them. You publish once, and everyone with access reads the same current version.
By default a Member can open the library and read, watch and listen. Adding, editing and publishing content is for Super Admins and any role your administrator gives those permissions, so those articles show when you switch to Super Admin in the header.
