Tasks
Create, assign and agree tasks, and see who has room to take them.
Tasks is where work is agreed, not just handed out. You propose the hours and the deadline, the app shows how much room the other person really has, and the task becomes binding only when they accept.
A new Member profile can only create tasks. A Super Admin switches on View and Assign so people can open Tasks, answer proposals and assign work. Setting working hours and holidays, managing categories and seeing the whole team's capacity are for Super Admins, so those articles show when you switch to Super Admin in the header.
