Task notifications

Permission you need

View tasks

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Tasks sends you a notification whenever something needs you or something changes.

Tap the bell at the top right of Tasks.

On this screen
- Notifications – the panel title, with Mark all read beside it.
- New task proposal – someone assigned you work. Tap to respond.
- Task accepted – someone you assigned accepted.
- Task confirmed – the person who assigned your task confirmed your work.
- Time and dot – how long ago, and an orange dot for unread.

You also get reminders. About 30 minutes before a response window ends, and again when it ends, both people are told. If a task passes its deadline, you get a daily overdue notice.
