Limits to know about
Who can use thisSuper Admins only
This article is written for Super Admin. Use the role switch at the top to change what the menus show.
- File types: any type can be uploaded; there is no type restriction to configure. Only the preview differs (PowerPoint, ZIP and other types have no preview — users can still share and download them).
- File size: no fixed per-file cap. The limits are the user's quota (or the shared pool for shared folders). When it is exceeded, the user sees "Storage quota exceeded" or "Shared (workspace) storage is full".
- Folder and file names: up to 255 characters and unique within a folder.
- Storage includes Trash: deleted items keep counting until they are cleared.
