Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access. This article is written for Member and Super Admin. Use the role switch at the top to change what the menus show.
What you see: an upload is refused with "Storage quota exceeded".
Why: the upload would take you over your personal storage limit. The default is 10 GB, and your administrator can change it. Items in Trash still count towards your storage until they are cleared.
What to do 1. Open Trash and use Empty Trash, or Delete Permanently on single items, to free space. 2. Delete or move out files you no longer need. 3. If you still need more space, ask your workspace administrator to raise your limit.
