A button is missing, greyed out, or you see "no access"
Who can use thisMembers and Super Admins
This article is written for Member and Super Admin. Use the role switch at the top to change what the menus show.
What you see: Drive is missing from the sidebar, a button (Upload, Share, Delete and so on) is missing or greyed out, or a page tells you to contact your workspace admin to get access.
Why: your administrator controls these through permissions. If a button is missing or greyed out, you do not hold the permission for it.

Other causes - Inside someone else's shared folder, the access they gave you (View, Edit or Manage) also limits what you can do. - While you are offline, create, edit, delete and share are disabled. - The Storage tab is not shown to members; it is for administrators.
What to do: contact your workspace admin and tell them which action you need.
