What you can do: permissions

Your administrator controls these. If a button is missing or greyed out, you do not hold the permission.

The names your administrator sees for these in the Directory are: View files and folders, Upload files and create folders, Rename, move, and update files, Soft-delete files and folders, Share files and folders with others.

Inside someone else's shared folder, the access they gave you (View / Edit / Manage) also limits what you can do. While offline, create, edit, delete and share are disabled. The Storage tab is not shown to members; it is for administrators.
