Permission you need
Upload files and create folders
Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.This article is written for Member and Super Admin. Use the role switch at the top to change what the menus show.
- There is no fixed size limit per file. What limits you is your storage quota (10 GB by default; your administrator can change it).
- If an upload would take you over your quota, it is refused with "Storage quota exceeded". Files you upload into a shared folder use the workspace's shared storage instead, and if that is full you see "Shared (workspace) storage is full".
- Items in Trash still count towards your storage until they are cleared.
Your limit
Your limit is set by your administrator (default 10 GB). Files you upload into a shared folder count against the workspace's shared pool instead of your personal limit.
