How to see an item's properties

Permission you need

View files and folders

Set by your workspace admin. If you cannot do this, ask them for access.

Properties shows the details of a file: what it is, how big it is and who put it there.

Tap the ⋮ on the file and choose Properties.

- Properties – the first entry in the menu, with the i icon.
A Content Details card opens.

- Title – the full file name, for example Q3_Business_Report.pdf.
- Type – the group the file belongs to (Document).
- Size – 531.4 KB.
- Format – the file format (PDF).
- Uploaded – the date and time it was added (Oct 22, 2026, 10:40 AM).
- By – who uploaded it.
- × at the top right closes the card.

You can also open a file and tap the i icon in the viewer's top bar to see the same details.
